About CFM 361's CrossFit Kids
Adults can't have all the fun! At CrossFit Metro 361, your child or teen can stay healthy and active by learning CrossFit fundamentals and the basics of proper nutrition. Our CrossFit kids are completing workouts at their individual comfort levels using functional activities like running, pushing, squatting, pulling, and jumping. Through these movements, children will begin to develop a strong musculoskeletal foundation contributing to their overall future health.
Your child will never be left behind or discouraged. We make sure each class is scaled according to your child's developmental level. Increases in intensity will be gradual and we will always focus on your child's safety.
