Try Us Out For Free!
Most people want to experience CrossFit before they commit to it. We understand that. In fact, we welcome you to try us out before you sign up. You will be able to get a taste of what to expect from the work outs, how we coach, and get a chance to talk with our current CrossFitters. No commitment. No credit card needed.
All classes are scaled for all levels. We introduce the methods, tools and intensity that are the foundations of CrossFit training. No one needs to get in shape to try CrossFit. No prior experience is required. Many of our members came to us completely out-of-shape and have successfully transformed themselves!
In order to make sure you receive our undivided attention during your first session, we ask that you let us know before you come in to start your first week of CrossFit. CrossFit Elements (For Beginners Only) = Please Call for Pricing
- CrossFit Metro 361 Elements is designed to introduce a beginner to the functional movements used in CrossFit and help aid the development of proper form and technique. Movements covered during Elements include the squat, pull-up, dead-lift, push-jerk, etc. Focus is also given to gymnastic movements and Olympic lifts. Developing these skills early will allow for greater gains in all aspects of fitness. Elements will provide focus on completing the workout of the day (WOD) and also introduces beginners to the intensity level required to perform a regular CFM 361 workout. Elements is required before entering the group classes.

- Okay, now that you've completed and kicked butt in the CFPC, you're ready for the most intense, energizing, sometimes agonizing yet still enjoyable group classes you've ever experienced. Led by our private coaches who get down there on the mat right next to you, our group classes are small, supportive, never the same, and always a blast. Limited to 3 days a week.
Month to Month Unlimited = Please Call for Pricing
- With this option you are allowed to attend as many classes per week as you would like. The possibilities are endless. There is no carry over though. Use them or lose them.
